 Aduddell’s Vision is to make a difference in the lives of our families, clients and communities. This cause is advanced as we take personal responsibility in establishing a positive team environment, respecting one another, sharpening our skills and seeking God’s wisdom and favor. We believe that to be truly successful, we must recognize that it is not all about us.It is about treating others as we would want to be treated. It is about keeping our word. It is about giving back to our community. It is about having fun and working hard at the same time. It is about trying to be the best at what we do in order to provide value for our clients.
We focus on our strengths. We say YES to a few projects, and NO to a lot more. We carefully select projects that best align with our core strengths, and then we focus
our effort to making it successful.
We understand why we do what we do. We are blessed with talents and abilities, and a responsibility to be great stewards of those blessings.
We create value. We believe our success is born from a constant focus on creating value. We do not measure success by our ability to build a building, but by our ability to answer the question, “Are we adding value?” Value to our customers, the neighborhood, the community, the environment. Building bedrooms does not necessarily improve someone’s quality of life. We look for the WOW factor, those intangibles that make our customers say, “I never expected that.” |
