Oklahoma City University officially opened the doors to its new residence facility on Tuesday, October 30, 2007. The grand opening was the culmination of 12 months of careful planning, teamwork, and dedication. ADG, OCU, and Wallace Construction are proud to present CENTENNIAL HALL in the heart of Oklahoma City University.

From private rooms and baths with designer furnishings, to technology-filled common areas that are inviting and comfortable, students were the focus of every aspect of this project. The 4 story housing facility rests on a two level parking garage offering each resident a private parking space.
